1. Who we are
SmartAlpha Analyst ("we", "us") sells downloadable prompt packs, guides and reference materials for using AI tools in finance and business work, through this website. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to purchase from this site.
3. License to use our products
When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or single-business internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share your download links or files with third parties. All content remains our intellectual property.
4. Orders and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are fulfilled electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
5. Educational purpose only
Our materials are educational and illustrative. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Case studies and numbers are examples for teaching purposes. You are responsible for decisions made in your own business and should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
6. AI tools and our materials
Our materials teach the use of third-party AI tools. Those tools generate text by prediction, not calculation, and they can be confidently wrong. Always verify AI-generated figures and reasoning against source data before relying on them. See our AI Disclaimer for detail.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or scrape the site, (b) attempt to access another customer's account or downloads, (c) use our materials to train machine learning models, or (d) use the site in violation of any law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in force.
